I love story telling with photography. Not only is it an incredible outlet for my artistic side, I also get to enjoy life as it unfolds in front of my camera. Jess & Matt made a (very wise) decision when they chose to have their family photographed each year as a gift for their hilarious daughter’s birthday! I’m beyond happy that they made me the person to it.

We went to Jackson Park in Peterborough; a place holds special meaning to them, wandering up the almost dry creek bed catching crayfish, following a very tolerant Blue Heron and trying to stay cool.

Thanks Jess, Matt & Pema for sharing this little snippet of your lives with me. I loved every minute of it!
